What it does is it allows you to right click an image and select "Search Google for this image", when you click that it opens up a Google Images search for that image in a new browser tab. Even if the model resizes the image it will still find it, pretty cool stuff.

For those of you who don't use Google I'm sure there are comparable tools available for Firefox / TinEye.
