Wow, Rachel is back on the ave. I saw her for a bit after she left and got

But I did mention my date with her in my update post for DukePV, which is where you read about it.

I hadn't known about her drug history, and my date with her was in the car for a BJ so I didn't exactly get a chance to be checking her arms for tracks, but her demeanor seemed to be pretty sane and normal. She gets a sold A- for the BJ and she is quite pretty also, so the entire experience was quite nice. I picked her up walking on Sedgly at dusk on a Friday. That's when and where she said she usually hangs out, but only Friday through Monday.

Right after the date she wanted me to drop her off at Tioga and I. I have dropped off at least one other SW on that corner, so I am assuming there is a drug house or dealer in the vicinity. What she is on, I have no idea.

Thanks for referencing your report. From reading it, it looks like you were thinking it was "blonde Rachel" or another Rachel with slightly darker hair. Here's the brunette Rachel Davey and I were referring to: [url]http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=21139[/url].

Given her long absence from the avenue, I'm guessing it is a different dark-haired Rachel than the one you were with. You might be able to confirm that from the photo.

Don't go in the rain though. Those tarps fill up with water and leak and look like they will burst any second. It freaked out Jessica (Sunshine) when I took her there. Also don't go in real cold weather. That plastic tarp roof obviously doesn't do much to keep in whatever heat there is.

Tks for clarifying that one. She was one of my all time favorite dates
on the ave. She got clean for a while, had a baby and was doing good.
Hopefully she is just coming out for extra cash and not into the drug
scene again.

Sports Patti had a similar problem. She picked at the pimples on her face and infected them and made them worse. She was having trouble getting dates the day I saw her and dated her, mainly because that cute face looked pretty awful with rampant acne. I gave her some advice on products to wash and disinfect her face (and not to touch her face with dirty hands), medicate the acne and cover it with a very light medicated make-up. I think she was listening only for the moment and probably had no intention of placing any priorities over drugs. But at least I tried.

There is a reason I didn't mention a names and location. Hazy references are often all that is needed. As I’ve pointed out previously, LE is not the only entity to be weary of out on the streets. Neighborhood do-gooders , street toughs and even some members of this site, have been known to fuckup a good thing.

Supereloquent - I admire, for the most part, your heavy activity and reporting. However, not to be overly critical, but you've already disclosed the name and location of an individual who provides short-term accommodations to mongers and their finds, and now identifying a corner where a high degree of activity occurs and where a lot of local SW's frequent.

This level of specificity isn't always smart, since although LE is pretty hip to most active corners, they have also been known to monitor this board and step up their activity based on info provided in it. This, in turn, leads to a greater likelihood that our favorite SWers will be pinched in a raid and disappear off the Ave for accommodations on State Road.

A little careful thought as to the level of specificity of info in your reports might be a good thing - one guy named Dennis is already feeling the heat your reports have generated. Just a suggestion - helpful info is cool, inadvertently ruining people's lives isn't.

However, in my own defense, the vast majority of my information is usually LESS specific than that of many other mongers regarding streets, street corner hangouts, favorite street strolls by particular SWs, etc. After all, some degree of specificity is necessary to make the information useful. I normally make a conscious effort not to reveal anything more specific than I have to (usually referring to an 'area' rather than a corner, for example) or that is already known from previous posts.

Regarding Dennis in particular, it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to find the place in question without some very specific knowledge, the details of which I have never reported except for the street (but it is a VERY long street; mentioning it would be about as useful to LE as mentioning the K, or the innumerable side streets from K, or Torresdale or Old York). However, I must agree that even mentioning the street was not an essential piece of information and I will take your constructive criticism to heart.

Believe me; I am not trying to be rude. I do want you to realize that what you did was a no, no. And worst, it wasn’t necessary. The street is not that big. At least the section near the “K,” isn’t. Certainly his neighbors and family can make the connection. Putting together two and two isn’t that hard.

You gave a name. Don’t be so naive. The first mistake we all make is to believe that we are so smart and everyone else is dummies. Never underestimate LE (or the neighborhood watch). If I can figure it out, so can they. All one has to do is go to the area on the “K,” using the directions we’ve already provided and have an undercover pickup a girl and suggest that they go to Dennis’s (the name you’ve provided). And; thanks to you the undercover has a name to make him seem more like a regular monger. So the girl figures the undercover must be okay because he knows about Dennis’s (the name you provided). So she takes the undercover to Dennis’s (the name you provided). And if he charges the undercover the amount you gave, it’s a good bust. They will likely wait a few days and raid the place after watching others enter (to protect the undercover guy they never do the raid on the same day). They will probably charge someone with promoting prostitution, harass everyone inside, and we’ll lose a notel and the person you name will likely lose his home.

Please re-read my post. That’s all the information anyone who actually travels the “K,” needed.

I only posted that much info because mongers are always looking for a safe, cheap, nearby place to take a date. No additional info was needed. Why you felt a name and street was necessary is beyond me. There is a reason why we don’t use our names; give out our phone numbers, home address, job information or any other personal stuff. There is a reason why some girls prefer to use stage names, change hair color, and don’t openly post their phone numbers as contact information. There is a reason why the admin of this site doesn’t want us to post numbers or personal contact information in the open forums. There are reasons for our discretion.

And here is one more thing to think about. I always ask the girls permission before posting their pictures (and name). I didn’t ask his permission because I didn’t plan on posting his name or location. Did you ask his permission before advertising his business?

I am sorry if I sound a little hearse. I am a bit peeved about this one. You’ve compromised a good location. I can’t go back there.

Firstly, CuriousJoe: You say you seldom post here and mostly "lurk"; in other words you you are not too much on sharing information but prefer to leech off the information provided by others and not too shy to throw a big verbal rock even though you ADMIT that you haven't spent much time on the K since the 80s! So what wakes up your ire NOW? I bet you were one of the guys that piled on when playing football.

I apologized about this already but apparently you and CookyJar think it wasn't enough and can't let it go at that so let's air it out.

The big fuss is about a guy who provides an indoor place, but SWs are fair game? What kind of hypocrisy is that? The issues are specifics like names and streets so why don't we apply the same rules to SWs for THEIR protection?: no mention of names (including SWs, who sometimes use their real names although aliases are no less real). While we are at it let's not mention streets or street corners or places like bars and restaurants and stores. And what could be more SPECIFIC than photos? All of these very specific things are MUCH more damning than my vague reference.

If I owe the person in question an apology, CookyJar, then you owe every SW an apology you ever photographed whether they gave permission or not. You say that they agreed to be photographed (AND prominently posted on line?; I have met very few SWs who owned a computer or had much of a concept of this or any other website for that matter). You took advantage of their distress and ignorance no matter how you look at it and I highly doubt most of them realized the full implications their "specific" notoriety might bring them, not the least of which could be LE notoriety. Also, are their families and neighbors any less important? Or don't the desperately drug addicted count?

Yes, it was not good form to post a name and a street and apparently I hit a nerve with some mongers on this one. And I stated my apology already. But others should know better regarding what people in glass houses should not do.
