By that logic, you should just say you were doing "research" whenever busted with a known streetwalker, and LE would merrily send you on your way. Sorry, maybe I didn't make myself clear. I have said this before, but it bears saying again, especially for those novice mongers who may not be knowledgeable about the Kensington Ave area. It is a very dangerous place. There are lots of crappy things that can happen to you on the K. LE is the least of your worries, IMHO. What's the worst? There are a bunch of characters out there that would take a life for enough money to buy one drug hit. Some of the same locations used by SWers for dating are also used for other illegal activities.

Here is a case in point. Huntington Park was a known pickup and dating location. There are parking areas in the park with vantage points where you can see, day or night, approaching LE way before they get close enough to determine what you are doing. Lately, SWers in that area will not date in the park after dark, not because of LE, but because they and their dates were being robbed by the locals. Now they use the area inside the park for pickups but date outside of the park, after dark. Did I forget to mention that a couple of known SWers have been found died in the park.
