IMHO, you should always assume they are, until proven otherwise. Of course, you'll miss some fun, but thats much better than being wrong. There's also no shortage of CGs , so, if you miss out on one, its not a big deal.

I'm in Vegas for the first time and I'm staying at the Venetian and wondered if the casino here is a descent place to pick up a CG? I generally stick to independents I can read about on TER when at home, but would like to know how the casino action is here? I've read some things indicating that most girls won't go to another hotel other than the one they are in...is this true or is there another nearby place I should try and if so any recommendations? BTW, I don't have a car and my budget is around $250. Also, if you have any specific advice on how, when and locations that would be great since picking up a girl like this is completely knew to me.

The last thing you need in Vegas is a car for C.G., Cabs are a plenty and outside every major casino. Most higher quality hotels have there fair share of s/w's err Casino girls working, they are more discreet in some hotels in others they are quite obvious, just scope the place out daytime, look for those little bars near gaming areas that have video poker machines in front of them, not the larger bars where people go to have drinks, each casino usually has 3-4 little bars where these girls hang out some casinos the girls only hang out in one of them others they hang out in 2-3 of them.

Watch for that bored playing just sitting here look on a girl who is dressed nice sexy, usually they are not dressed to slutty like s/w's, but make sure you use tact because a lot of women dress slutty in Vegas and they could just be visiting. They will go to other casino's if the $ is right, so if the action is slow head over to another casino, Harrahs and the Mirage are walking distance, or take the tram to MGM.

Acting as if the cops turn a blind eye to a criminal activity, in a town which is increasingly family-oriented seems like a silly thing to do.

Of course, lots of guys say lots of things to lots of people and rarely get in trouble. I think of stings like a car accident - its a low probability event, but since I dont want it, I am defensive in what I do. But please feel free to do whatever you want to, as it doesnt affect me in any way as this is all just a hypothetical discussion.

My own philosophy about CG stings is that I keep that concept in the same reserved area as a roll. I don't expect it but I don't dismiss the possibility of my dumb luck finding one. Tho', IMHO, the sting has very little logistical chance in the CG world (where a roll is a distinct possibility), I think it's wise to always maintain some level of suspicion in any dealings of this nature.

But that outlook is only to counter my previously mentioned 'dumb luck'.

They will offer plenty of eye contact - "the Look". I have had great success there. They will offer a crazy number for a message, but they should come down in price - or move on.

Last time there, a nice fine thing had business cards with her number on them - esay to refer to the next day when I was lookin for a nooner.

It doesn't ever hurt to ask the girl for a quick grab of her ass. No female UC would ever let you do that. OTOH, it serves dual purposes....first it confirms the girl is not LE, and second it confirms that the girl is no uncomfortable with anything.

The only time a girl has not let me touch....there was a girl at Flamingo that came onto me HARD. She kept bugging me and following me. I reached out for her breast. She grabbed my arm and pushed it away. I dunno if she was legit or not, but if she was legit, I sure as hell was not gonna have a good time with her is she had NFZ's. Bleah.

You don't need a car. You are staying at one of the very best hotels in Vegas in a great mid strip location.

In your price range, take a walk down LV Bl after 2am to Barbary Coast and back. If its a weekday, pickings are going to be slim(and I recommend you be willing to go $$$ and pickup a girl in the hotel). If its a weekend you will have to bat away girls left and right. Pick whatever you like. Be prepared to catch a cab back to V if the girls is wearing high heels & doesn't want to walk. BTW, timing is everything.

Very well said, Just because it doesn't happen with any kind of regularity doesn't mean it couldn't happen to you.

Both are a possibility If you prepare your room in advance, and keep valuables hidden use discretion you have done as much as you can do to protect yourself.

It is no surprise certain hotels have a dislike for the C.G. some have even gone as far as kicking them out as soon as security spots them, I think the robs have a much shorter life span in good hotels then in cheap hotels or streets.

A bigger concern isn't LE as much as Price, I hate to find a nice girl then get to the room to find out she is twice what I expected.

As far as LE I can't say with any kind of certainty that they use stings in casinos, but it would be hard to say that it is not a concern.

After all I there is a reason that the girls are so concerned, if they have to worry the customer has to worry as well.

My View Better safe then sorry.

Last night I strolled through the Venetian around 2: 00am and ran into one Black girl, but wasn't all that interested and then I walked to the Mirage and as I was leaving there ran into a really hot white girl, but she wouldn't go back to the Venetian. She said she had been ran out of there and that they had been running most of the white girls out. She would only get a limo, but I wasn't interested because she was already more than my budget. I then went back to the Venetian and ran into that same Black girl and she ended up going back to my room and once there she was quoting a ridiculous $600, saying I was in $300 room and you should always pay the girl twice the room. I ended up having a VERY limited and disappointing time with her for $150 and then she stole my cologne out of the bathroom when she left.

So my question is whether security at the Venetian has really been cracking down and how does the Limo thing work if I were to decide to go that route? There were 3 times the number of security guards at the Venetian than there were at the Mirage so maybe it is true? Also, with it being so cold out is there any point in even walking around outside?

I put a post up a few weeks ago of things that would limit action with CG's in Vegas. One of those things is if you monger on a weekday. Selection is limited. You are probably right that walking outside is not a great idea with it being so cold. But it wouldn't be a waste of time to cab down to Flamingo and have a drink or two at one of the bars. If you are now willing to go $$$, try heading down to Bellagio and have a drink or two at one of the video poker bars.

The thing about security at Venetian cracking down is a bunch of BS. Either the girl's pimp doesn't want her working at V for whatever reason or the girl got in some sort of difficulty at V and got read the tresspass there.

Bottom line is if you insist on weekday trips, your options are gonna be limited and you will experience exactly what you experienced. I have no clue why people argue with me on this. The population of cg's on weekends is appx 10x what it is on weekdays. Put it this way......Do you have a better time at your local strip club when there is 6 older fatter dancers at 1pm on a Tuesday or do you have a better time when there are 50 or so dancers on a friday night?

You should discuss price before taking her back to your room, and if she tries to upsell you then kick her ass out.
