Just had a great experience in an amp at 13th and Vine. Don;t remember her name but super GFE.
Mamasan was a chubby 40 something, then she took me back to the room and a hot late 20's walked in - all natural. Not too good at english, but I speak a bit of Korean - that helped.
Great TS with attention to the bits, then back to the room. Massage was so so, then the flip, and the 'something else??' came up. Of course - I want it all. Came back, stripped, great tasty trimmed bush, Proceeded to DATY, she came on my mouth, then covered mish, doggie, and finish with some cuddling.
Another girl came in to ask me to translate a text message on her phone and who was prettier - of course - answered in Korean - I don't understand. To which they both punched me in fun. I learned never to take sides with Korean girls. Think WWIII!!!

Is it on Vine, on 13th?, north or south of Vine if on 13th?
Not Cherry which is on 12th, not Sunflower 247 in the alley-way, not
Desert Rose north of Vine?
Posting or PM would help with finding this amp rather than hitting 3 or 4 of them.

The amps are on Vine just down from 13th. non descript. No names, no numbers, I just wandered in.
Speaking Korean is definitely an advantage. You can use Google to find words like Pretty, Sexy, Thank You, etc.

Up in the area on business and being closer to Philly than DC and with my most recent discovery in DC on the downslide, I decided to give the Philly AMPs a shot. Went to New World and did the "have you been here before" number and was told to have a seat. I saw a nice looking lady with a large chest, but somebody else came in (was probably a regular) and I think he had her reserved. I wound up with Coco, who was slim with A cups, a hint of a little stomach, not so good teeth and very poor English skills. Overall she was fairly good looking but she liked to tease and make jokes and it was frustrating trying to understand what she was saying.
Paid my $60, table shower, standard tip, massage, and on to the act. All was going well until it was over and she turned the lights on in the room. I looked at my watch and it had only been 40 minutes. I said I want some more massage until my time is up. Coco said no, it was 45 minutes, which is what I paid for. I replied no it was only 40 minutes and I paid for an hour. Well, she got up, didn't say anything and walked out. I started to get dressed and was about to pull the move that the DC folks have been doing (take back $20 from the tip). Coco then came back in and reluctantly gave in. She rubbed me for about another 10 minutes, did the whole walk on the back thing as well and then asked if I was good. I figured that my point was made and I got dressed and left. Overall, an average visit for an AMP. Not nearly as good as DC, but better than some others I've seen. I'll probably try CH2 next time I'm around.

I swear bearly 35 minutes had passed. I yelled back that my time wasn't nearly up. Long story short, someone knocked at the door every couple of minutes. I finished, but unhappily.
When I was leaving, I asked to see mama and complained about the early knock. She said my 45 minutes were up. I said since when just 45? I'd been coming off and on for a year and staying an hour. She said it's been 45 minutes for 20 years. I'm not going back.

I was at Kobe last week in the burbs. New girl, her name sounded like "inzy."
Shower was awful (NO attention), massage was lame, paid for an hour and after 30 minutes (that's right, 30!), she said, all done. She wasn't even good looking, for that matter.
When I handed her half of what a normal tip would be (she DID so SOME work), she literally snorted her disappointment and made a face. I'm not one to make a scene over something like this. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
I'm never going back and I hope no one else does either. I hope they read this. It's probably why LE isn't bothering them... there's nothing happening there!

There is at least one AMP that I've been to that has a sliding scale. Different donations for 30 min (-20), 45 min (-10) and 1 hr( -0). the 1 hr rate.

I believe that Kobe is located on Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood (before the Whole Foods on the right side if you are going towards Ardmore). I tried to go one time, but they were closed by the time that I got there at 1am.
