This whole situation looks pretty messed up. The ph# provided Googles to someone's home and a small-town restaurant. The original report stated the poster was fearful of being turned in to police, yet he saw her soon after. Not much self-preservation involved there. If I called a number for a provider, and got someone claiming to be her grandmother on the other end, and who threatened to call the police, I definitely would not ignore that and take the word of a board member with only 4 posts that the provider was safe and legit. Just saying.
