They referred me to a place in Monterey Park. Also another agency I contacted from a BP ad showed the same phone number but got sent to an AMP in Pasadena. I guess it is all part of the C Org. Probably good to be UTR.

Fixed rates) and haggling practices at AMPs? I know the independents (TnA Board, Tyst) back in WA charge significantly more. Reason why I hit up AMPs for QV. But, with the independents I can reliably get repeated results. AMPs with rotations, not so much.

C-orgs have an advertised rate and I don't know of it ever changing. For a MP in SGV you might want to try house rate + $. There was some discussion in the other thread about things being slow in SGV so there might be an opportunity.
