That's the TRUTH.

But I don't believe all this OTHER nonsense such as;

Yeah right. ;) There are TONS of hot girls who want to go and do dangerous undercover work. I know this observation is entirely subjective (define "hot") but I've NEVER seen a female cop who was above a 7 on my scale. HOT girls can get real jobs like the following; model, stripper, escort/hooker/wh0re, waitress/actress/porn star, trophy wife, ect. And you will NEVER see a decoy with titty and/or ass hanging out.


2. "Girls that stand in the same place are sketchy. Beware."

Somewhat true. I know that LE decoys will usually stand in one place. Typically near a motel. But legit girls do it too. I had a girl explain it to me once. It makes sense to stay in a specific location (parking lot, storefront, bus stop, ect.) because of the following; mongers will know where they can find you which leads to faster dates especially if the hotel manager is cool with the girl working there, their pimp can keep an easy eye on them and they feel safer, and trails of cars following a girl walking (re. Sunset) is just a BAD idea-you may as well hold up a sign that says "Hi pigs! I'm here!", and staying in one spot/vicinity limits their exposure to the eyes of LE.

The only hard and fast rule I follow is to check out the area I'm cruising before I make any moves. Countless hours of driving, watching and listening have sharpened my "spidey senses". That's the best advice I feel I can give to anyone who partakes in this hobby - cruise, cruise, cruise. Know the terrain. And be prepared to let some nice looking pussy walk away because it just doesn't feel right. As a Sadist might say it; that's my rule. YOURS may be different.

One Wing we forgot to mention one other important point; after all our hard work LE can just as easily Lie and SAY that we solicited a girl and bust us just the same.

... about LE decoys being old, haggard or unattractive, I have personally seen with my own eyes LE and their small group of decoys on a known track here in LA and they were NOT bad looking at all.

While driving up a known track I spotted not one but two decent looking sw's, 1 bsw and 1 lsw. The bsw was cute and had a nice slim figure and the lsw was a little on the thick side but still good looking. Neither looked older than 24. Neither one was glued to one spot either. They did not travel far but they were moving.

The lsw had sparked my interest so I turned up a side street to make a block wrap around, instead of a risky u-turn. The street she was on was a major LA street, but the side street I was coming down was residential so I crept up very slowly, scanning the entire area for anything suspicious. Funny thing was I didn't have to look very far. About midway down this small side street was an unmarked LE crown victoria, with one LE officer (shiny badge visible even at night) and 3 more (attractive younger) girls standing outside of his car, one in his passenger seat, looking down towards the SW's on the corner. He had his radio up to his mouth when we made eye contact with each other and needless to say I left the area immediately. But this revealed to me 2 things; 1) LE decoys can be particularly deceptive as they were not stunning 10's nor were they old fat pigs as some have suggested. and 2) that LE is active in this particular area looking to bust mongers.

No way. All I'm saying is that it's pretty easy to determine if a girl is a decoy or not. There are three ways that come to mind;

1. Open your car window and see if you can detect the smell of bacon.
2. Scope her out. Scope out the area. Do the necessary recon. If something's going on you'll find out soon enough.
3. You will NEVER see a decoy wearing a skirt that shows ass, a shirt that's so low that titties are almost popping out, ect.

Consider how dangerous this hobby is and how much we have to lose by getting busted. If you don't have 15, 30, or even 45 minutes to waste cruising an area before you make your move then you deserve to get busted.

However, in the heyday of the Sunset days, pre-Bratton, when vice was not something mongers worried about 24/7 like today, I picked up a "new friend" in Hollywood WHO WAS STANDING ON THE CORNER and we drove to my favorite no-tell on Western, where I had been dozens of times without trouble or incident. After we were in the room about 10 minutes, there's a loud knock on the door and 3 vice officers storm inside, flashing badges and yelling "Police Officers!" Then..."Did you know this woman is a known prostitute?" "Did you give her any money?"

They separated us to ask questions and soon get conflicting stories and basically, I'm busted. She was no decoy. She was real, but LE was hanging out somewhere in the shadows----watching her and waiting for some fool like me to pick her up....and then following us. She wasn't LE, but because she wasn't moving, they used her like a decoy anyway! BSW bobbing on the corner like bait, looking real tasty to a young trout like me. I guess they hooked their fish.

Today times have changed.
Watch your ass brothers! And watch it good!

Sorry to hear you got busted. Awhile back I remember that the cops were conducting a sting. The decoy refused to get in the car, so turned her down. This other guy pulled up and was thinking of warning him. The guy fell for the trap and got busted.

You made a several mistakes, which is easy to do. Under the law the you are not required to answer the door unless the cops have a warrant. You should have remained silent unless you had a lawyer. You should probably look into getting a lawyer who specializes in sex related cases. I will search when I get the chance and post his info.

You are right. If the cops hate you, they can be very personal and ugly. The whole precinct would lie like dogs to get you locked up.

If you want justice in America, you need to pay lots of dollars to high-price attorneys to get you off the hook.

Was the BSW mentioned below a decoy or just in the area? I wonder, has anyone ever seen a black policewoman, of any looks or age? In LA or anywhere else? I'm not sure if I ever have. Private security yes, but not an actual policewoman that I can recall. That doesn't mean there aren't any just becuase I haven't seen it, but I think they might be pretty rare. Does anyone know if LAPD has statistics easily available on that kind of thing, maybe published somewhere in response to questions about their equal employment opportunity and recruiting practices? I'd be curious about it, becuase it affects my calculation of SOME of my risks whether there are say as many as 300, or only 3 in the whole LAPD, since I usually prefer BSWs.

On liars: in my opinion there is no legitimate excuse for not having dash cams and recording devices as standard equipment on every single LE vehicle to document every public contact without exception. Every honest cop wanting to do a good job should not only welcome that but demand that it be done yesterday for their own protection, and the only possible reason for any LE organization not to do it is becuase of fear of revealing something sleazy. Seems to me that demanding that is something nobody could honestly oppose no matter what political point of view they hold, since it can only serve to objectively document the truth, yet while some LE agencies have done it, some others have been reluctant to let their work be recorded. I would consider that a good clue as to what kind of organization a local LE agency really is and wants to be.

The LAPD has roughly 9,000 police officers . Among the largest law enforcement agencies in the country , women comprise only 13.8% of all sworn law enforcement positions; women of color hold 6.0%.

Extrapolating from these figures , the LAPD has ~ 540 black female LEOs ; and probably at least a few of those are good·looking enough to serve as Decoys

Good Point, I can freely admit I have broken every rule at least once if not more! My saviour has been good luck which I am not one to count on, I was suggesting patrol units are more inclined to lie about a monger picking up a girl to write his tickets, no they don't officially have Quotos, but they DO have basic job requirments and if you don't meet the average, you get questioned as to why you are not writing as many tickets as officer joe, who writes ten tickets a day.
