If the FBI was involved, this seems to be more than a simple massage parlor sweep.
It has been rumored for years that many of the young Asian ladies are imported and/or forced to work in these massage parlors by some sort of organized crime syndicate overseas.
Wouldn't surprise me if there is something else going on behind the scenes at your friendly neighborhood massage parlor using the act of giving "massages" as a cover.
FBI probably wants to know how the ladies came into the US, are they here legally, which states they are working in, is money from the parlors being funneled outside the US to finance some other organization, are they making covert contact with persons pretending to be customers and what for, is there any drug activities going on...etc.
Frankly your involvment in getting a "massage" doesn't really matter in the big picture. Of course I wouldn't want to be lying naked on a table when the boys with badges come charging through the little pink door with guns drawn. They obviously have these places under survillence and most likely wait until the customers leave before intiating any sort of bust to cut down any hostage taking or misunderstandings that might arise.

The danger to us hobbyists (ah, rationalization, thy name is euphemism) is from the DC Police, who are perfectly willing to pursue those sort of charges, and even more from News 4 cameras and the like, who would just love footage of people vainly trying to shield their faces as they scurry out of the raid.

In Virginia, there is at least one place that doesn't advertise, has all the clientele it needs, and features a very nice mixture of nationalities and races. I won't publicize the name or exact address; those already in the know will know it when I say it's near Costco in Newington. I would hate to give a roadmap to this place here and then find it busted.
The question -- is there a similar establishment in DC or Maryland?

Wow, I wish I had known about this bust before I left yesterday. I think I'll at least start calling before I go to these AMP's. Last night I went out to Royal about 9:30. rang and no answer. same thing happened about about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I posted about it, no one answered my post, and I assumed they were just full or temporarily closed that day. I went over to Supra after no answer at Royal last night. I saw a couple guys with jackets that had some type of badge on it, but I didn't recognize it. It was a very small badge. One was standing just inside the open door talking on his radio. I went in and got the regular services ok. When I came out, the guys were gone. So I assume they were there on something unrelated. Visited Supra last Tue night, serviced by Jai. Great body, great attitude, great experience overall. Massage was excellent and thorough, worth the price in and of itself. If you think that, then your paranoid, but I understand why you might make such an accusation. I am just trying to help you guys out, and I found a lot of good incall girls from that website when I lived in DC, and trying to pass the info along to you all, as the street scene has deteriorated rapidly the last few years. Waldorf is good... try the little house down the road from the spa's - there is a new self storage facility right behind it... I am a frequent visitor there and you will enjoy FS without any problem. As I have said before, I haven't been to Downtown in a while. Went twice about three years ago when it was called Tokyo Garden. Both of those times a lady would approach me as I was sitting on the little couch by the door enjoying a beer and ask me if I was ready. She also asked if I wanted to wait and see another girl if I didn't want to see her.
