Korean Bar Reports

Okay, am not at all a hardcore vet. at this, so I have an open mind to this issue. I thought that the post in question, although listed without the girl's name, was anecdotal in nature and could be of interest.

If anyone feels the same way (as JDN), by all means shoot me a PM and I'll go along with consensus. Or you can post it here if you wish to spank me in public. No problems either way.

Your knowledge of the KB scene is truely impressive. I'm sure we've crossed paths at some point. I'm really a low-key lone-hunter type. Usually sit at the bar, sing a few songs, but with a sharp lookout for the new blood. One has to continually hit all of their favorite spots to keep tabs on the inventory. For some reason 9 out of 10 I only get the nice girls.

Do you know Hana-mama from "Don't Tell Mama" (or something like that)? She was the only hardcore mercenary that tried to play me. I was suprised that she even tried, but kind of bummed. Suprised because she should have known better. Bummed because I liked her. Always knew she was out of my reach, but she had a quality in her face that made my heart melt (but not my wallet). Oh well.

So John Doughnut, what's the girl's name in your first post? Just busting your chops. I am glad to see a new monger on the board and look forward to your reviews.

I personally don't have a problem with Kay Bee's post as he has been a pretty regular contributor (30 posts so far). And it is ok, to me anyway, to occassionaly hear about stuff that happens even if I will probably not be able to or even want to partake in it. It makes the forum interesting. I think so long as we abide by Jackson's rules, we will be ok. He giveth and he can taketh away.

So be easy on your fellow brother mongers and contribute to the forum. Who knows, one of the guys you flame may end up hooking you up with information on your all time best. Just my two cents.

Well, I didn't mean to "flame" anybody, but I saw Kay Bee's response and I'm happy he didn't take it the wrong way. It's been a sore spot on previous boards with a lot of people and I just thought I'd see how everyone felt. I probably should have phrased it all different.

As for Don't Tell Mama, I remember that name of the bar, but can't place the bar. Was it where Maya's is located? I just need to try and picture Hana. I probably know her as I've been around the bars for about 15 years.

I think I can see your point about my post(s) and I'll try to be more discriminating in the future. The part that really threw me off is your mentioning "insulting" and "tease". You shouldn't feel that way, man. I can't speak of your other sex forums, but my sense is this one is more Hawaii-style. Seems okay to talk story a little bit, instead of only recording hard data.

Its the bar at the exit to the Kenrock parking lot--this was almost 2 years ago. Hana had a black or midnight blue Beemer. She sporadically worked off and on at a couple of places then dropped out. She resurfaced at the bar in the middle of the parking lot at the Waikamilo MacDonalds complex. With her looks, she must be doing well in Kalihi.

How is Club Asia? The last couple of times I peaked in there from outside, it looked slow. Was wondering how Lyna is doing.

I think I'll be making the rounds tonight.

Kay Bee had reasons for not sharing the name which were understandable, but I don't agree with the concept of "not sharing a keeper's name," in a review. If that were the case, then I wouldn't post the review. Nothing wrong with keeping a find a secret, but reading reviews on this board from others, then posting a review and saying, "I'm keeping this one to myself," is not cool. Just keep the whole review to yourself, then that's cool!

I'll get together a collection of reviews and post them later tonight.

Let your initiative run its course and we'll see where it stands with the other members. As far as her experience in the providin' biz, she used to work-it good at New Yorker, China Spa, Pine Tree, that place that has different names that shares the parking lot with Rock Za (she worked me a couple times even though she was the owner/mgmt. I saw her a couple times at DTM, but now she in Palama area huh? Gotta stop in and say 'Hi' then.

I can't say I know Hana as I never stepped into Don't Tell Mama. I did go there when it was called Rio as my friend owned that place, but that's about it.

When Hana resurfaced in Kalihi, was it at Hilltop or the smaller bar next to it? And how long ago was it? I have to put on my thinking cap for this one. lol

As for Asia, I haven't been there since it opened.

Are we talking about the same lady? Not doubting you, just trying to get more info. "Don't Tell Mama" was a Korean bar. Have you been to that bar to confirm that we are talking about the same Hana (a very common name)?

I would guess that when working the floor, she must be opening two to three bottles a night. If she does/did P4P, her prices must be sky high--not something I'd be interested in. I have a pretty "bar mama" fantasy, not a pay through the nose for a biatch fantasy, heh. My interest in KBs is, and always has been strictly for consensual action, although I do have an open mind.
