This is in every city in America. They are reading this site everyday. I understand their is a large city in OC CA, where they have over 100 vice cops, yet many AMPs that keep their nose clean and do not offer FS have been in business for years. They concentrate on the SW's, and places that get to loud.

They just don't have the manpower to bust everyone, and they concentrate on the most obvious, like SW's.

Other stings are done for political heat, or when the advertising becomes to blatant and people complain.

In many cities, as long as the AMPs do not offer full serice and create no problems they let them go. I have been a patron of some AMP's that are in like strip malls and advertise in the papers, and LE has done nothing.

However, some that are discrete but do FS, get shut down in a month. They know exactly what is going on.

So share your info, they know about it anyway. They know how to do research better then any of us, and they have guys or themselves going in and checking these places out.

Maybe a different city. It's not racism in the normal sense of the word. Her handler / manager / pimp is likely black. He doesn't want another brother stealing her or one upping him. Thats the most likely reason I've read here in the guide.
