Are you trying to attach a pic or the BP ad link (like Chexx05 did, below)? To attach a link (such as for a BP ad), I highlight it in the browser bar, right-click "Copy", then move to where I'm typing the report and right-click "Paste".
If you are trying to attach pics, that is way over my Cro-Magnon head and Blake ("Assman") will have to elaborate :).

That is correct. Easier explained, a URL is simply a web address.
As for attaching a pic to your posting, it's easy. While editing your posting, scroll down, and you'll see a box where you can "Manage Attachments." Push the button and a pop-up box will appear. Within that box, press "Add Files." You can either add a pic that is residing on your computer or from the web.
