Good questions. I have have been curious about this one as well.
Which raises another question. Is it wise to respond to blind e-mail addresses? I can think of many reasons not to; including the possibility that you could be sending your vital info, not to mention what else, LOL, to a LEO.
Would appreciate advice from Seniors and "experienced" members."

Somehow I doubt soliciting someone to commit a [b]felony[/b], such as unlicensed massage, is better than soliciting them to commit a misdemeanor.
Unless you are using a proxy service or an anonymous email service, a "dummy" email account is only a speed bump. Unless you are the guy offing providers around Orlando lately, your low level crimes may occasion the cost of patrolling OBT and I-Drive. And the occasional sting operation. But it is cost prohibitive for local LEO to try and make a case with a judge in another jurisdiction to get your emails.
Caution is one thing. Paranoia is another.

I really don't want to pay full price and find out later that the service was not worth it. I like to start low and then if the service is great, I'll be back with full price or give her a nice tip that make up for the service being great. If the service is bad then I'll won't be back. This way I am not paying full price for mediocre service. I don't like the take it or leave it attitude. I would not mind paying more when I know that the service warrant it.
