The Renaissance as it doesn't have a casino and it seems that such a corporate hotel would not tolerate CG activity. The Mardis Gras is pretty low end, a Best Western, and I wouldn't expect much. Other than getting robbed maybe. Best bet would be to go to Wynn or Venetian which are close by and take a cab back.

It will be my first time in LV and decided to stay at riveria since is reasonable price. Is that right choices for CG? Just have thought the Wynn just next door maybe visit there and bring the girl back?

If you RTFF you will find that you may find CG's at Riviera and you may also (even more likely perhaps) find them at Wynn. Where the girls are changes by day and by hour. But, they are each going to want very different amounts most likely. And a Wynn CG may / may not want to cab over to the Riv (which she may see as slumming) when she could just stay there and catch a high roller. Better bet is to not stay at the remote Riv but at a more central place like Flamingo or Ballys which are also cheap but have access to far more places and girls.
