Did he get pulled over for a (supposed) traffic violation? If the spa is clearly open in perpetuity, then how can the cops legally act as if all interactions inside include illegal activity?? And how can a cop threaten someone not to return to the entire city / area? I have no intentions to go there, but this is confusing on a proper legal level. I'm guessing the cop was just way overstepping his bounds to intimidate a possible 'repeat customer?
Come on now, we all know that they don't always operate in regards to what they're legally allowed to threaten you with. There are quite a few cowboy cops out there who have no problem exceeding their jurisdiction and finding whatever loopholes they need to do it.
