Truthfully this is why we hear these news stories about them being found murdered. Also its not that hard for some of them to have surgery to modify their voice and some guys actually don't have deep voices so you can't rely on that either. There was a tranny sitting in the front room as the girl and I were walking out. She actually saw me glance over. When we got outside, she says "you know that was a guy right?" I was like damn good disguise. She told me tons of guys fall for it.
