I usually follow the 20% rule myself and I think the 20% is actually a little high and too high for a bad massage and by no means do I tip $40 without HE, because I don't usually drop 40 for the HE unless 60 is negotiated before I convert my 40 on repeats to 50 and then float around 60 if I become a usual. Yeah Kirk was awesome as far as race goes though the issue always lies with experience and my experience with places outside AMPs has been lacking in service now I will admit one of my best massages has been at 160 and this was a white girl in some high rise downtown that I went to in my youthful mongering days around 7-8 years ago. Place is 1 block north of augusta on western. Its a dump in there so I figured to at least walk out happy. I tapped one masseuse for a year at her place. Gave $.6 each time. A real GFE experience.

Hell, it wouldn't even buy a HE at the joints in Belevedere back in 1989. I do recall $20 bjs being available by SWs along Sheridan back around 1981, that's about it. That said, I find it hard to believe that a Chicago brothel would operate at those prices during the dates that you indicated.
