Metrocenter has a huge cluster of cheap motels off the I-17 between Peoria and Dunlap. The Quik Trip on Peoria by the motels is often full of SW around 11 am Which is check out time. Good luck.

Also in the news I noted a shooting video is online. Right by the restroom I would use while waiting to get permission to approach the room. Also Canes nearby and the QT for gas. A great place. Metro Center!
I've seen the reports here about the QT's on Northern, and Peoria Ave, but how about the one on Scottsdale Rd, being as it is the one closest to me (I live in the Old Town area)? I don't have a vehicle, and Ubering to the Northern or Peoria locations and back can cost a small fortune, so neither can be an option for any more than a once in a blue moon occasion. Sure I could take the bus to Northern or Peoria, but I would be a bit leery about the walk between the bus stop and the store at those locations. At least the one on Scottsdale isn't too far from me.

Every time l have stopped there for gas, there has been a LEO sitting there, leaving, or pulling in while l was there. You are going to have a very tough time getting a SW with no car unless she has a room nearby. It is not like going to a lot of cities, like Vegas or San Francisco where the girls are were all the tourist stroll.
If you're looking for possible girls at a random QuikTrip, I would say go to Bell and 17th Ave. Maybe Bell west of Cave Creek, and thank you to whoever suggested Country Club and Southern area in Mesa.
