Building an HX network works too - that is the best way in the long-run, but a lot of people don't have the patience for that. It means you don't have to give up PII since you are using your reputation as proof (you are using your HX account as the stake). One quick look at kbeautygirls shows me they're not exclusive, they're just a booker. Which is typical. So you can see those girls by screening through someone else, there's more than one route.
Any intense screening is just for safety to protect the girls. Once you're in, that indirectly protects you too. Either you don't have good references or they are trying to make sure you aren't a blocked / problem customer. They spend a lot of time blocking those people who keep trying to re-screen. They're blocked for good reasons. Don't cause safety issues and follow the rules. I will repeat once again, go the Humaniplex route if you're smart. Every single problem is solved by that initial work.
So just get screened somewhere else easier, then use that reference. It is hard in the beginning, it should be. I certainly wouldn't want new strangers to share my agency and screw things up. You won't either down the line. Screening is necessary.
Nowadays, my screening is easy due to my credientials, I don't even use them all. No one can fake what I use. For example my ATF is at a new booker and begs me to see her, she gives them my number. She's the one that's going to be opening the door from me, so 100% I can book her. Then when my visit is over, the booker sees I'm safe and I'm in. An ATF is going to bring the best customers anyways. I always have a plan B if I can't get screened, there is a line of other girls waiting for me where I'm already screened.
Naturally, if you are in with one city, you are in with a branch of the same booker / agency in the other. Even if the phone number has to change. Same with bookers that heavily overlap each other, the other booker can see who you are already in with the other booker. For everything else, that's what Humaniplex solves. Personal references (IRL friends and family) also work but you use common sense there. I might make one of those every 10 years. Online friends do not count, it has to be someone you'd trust in your house.

So I used HX and built a small network, bang some hot non-Asians, then used that to get into an agency. Then used that to get into the next until it became easier and easier.

If customers don't like the process, there are dozens of other agencies with many of the same girls. Although many people use HX, I am not one of them.

Never heard the like before but does make me a bit curious. If you don't mind, could you post what they were asking or just PM me if you'd like.
In my case, it's as you stated, provide name, age, and race with references and that'll get me through 90% of the time. The remaining 10% are usually when there's friction between bookers so you'll stuck with alternate methods (e. G. HX, P411, PII, etc.).

And if you're into the chicks sessang gets you prob need to get in there as well. It's better to try and get into the main top Dawgs agencies in LA. I'd avoid the smaller 2nd tier bookers if I were you they are always sketchy and try to force their main chick on you or never give you the times you want. That's been my experience with 2nd tier ones so I never use them anymore.

It's the right instinct. Any agency that wants detailed personal information about you is doing it for two reasons. 1.) It gives them power over you. If you ever make them angry, for whatever reason, they can threaten to expose you. 2.) Someday when they busted by Uncle LEO, they can give up their client list in exchange for a more lenient sentence.
That's it. 100% of the reason — and it's all bad for us, the customers. It has nothing to do with safety. Solid references are much safer. If a girl has actually banged you for money, and she or her booker says you are OK, that's golden. That's all any agency should ever need.
