What is funny is when they advertise that there is no explicit discussion on the phone? Then when you get there, you have all these set of rules and pricing. This does dampen the experience to say the least. Also when I see a provider, I only bring the exact agreed upon donation and nothing more or less. So to be surprise with add ons is not good.

When it is too late, you live and learn not to see the provider again and you share your experience.
