My best steaks are home made. This week Wholefoods has the Grass Feed Austrailian New York Strips on sale for 18.99 a pound. I got 2 for about $22.00. They have a great custom cheese collection and you can sample before you buy. They have a great cheese made with beer. Those steaks are great no marbling so very low in fat. I cook them on my George Foreman.
