Guys, thanks for your response to my questions, it was a great help in my mongering in Hawaii! I took your recommendations, and recce'd Kapiolani St before tracking down Sheridan St.
Started at Club Femme Nu. Spoke to a gorgeous tall Thai girl, but $40 ladydrinks put a stop to that. Evergreen and casino were a good intro to KBG, but I was left alone. I walker up Sheridan, looking at the bars with the intent of staring as Splash then working my way back through the others.
But, I didn't get past splash! May and Chanel (sic) looked after me at the bar, and I met the tiny, delightful Minnie. That was my undoing. Minnie and splash became my regular stop, just to finish the night. I took some Aussie friends along the next night, but they weren't interested in the style of the bar, so the remainder of the trips were sole.
I also returned to see bebe at SP3, head some good fun but far too many beers and lady drinks!
I also tried the AMPs at 320 and 350, going to Swan on my last night (morning) in Hawaii. I was very surprised that my friend at swan was the same from 320, I was after some variety!
Anyhow, thanks again for your suggestions, I'm back in three months, ready to keep exploring the mongering delights of Honolulu!

Coco was not as pretty but made-up for it by being a fast girl.
Then they quit and one night a couple of years later I saw Yuki in Waikiki with her parents. She waved and her parents smiled; they seemed like nice people. Remember how gorgeous and polished she was for hostess work? She was back to being a regular girl, and looked so different without the makeup, hairdo, and just wearing refugee-style clothes. Still pretty, though.
The Chinese one I remember at Tiffany was Shipshape's Kryptonite, Lily Hong ;) who was discussed a while back.
She worked at a couple of Sheridan Street bars but although she was smokin hot and wore 'fly' outfits, she was a ROB and didn't attract much subsequent business even though she would stand right out on the sidewalk fronting the bar in flashy clothes.
Lily was much much hotter than most of today's girls reading this; something to consider the next time you decide to ROB a customer or wonder when the economy will get better.

The other manager was Lily.
Started at business about midnite. Asked to see Rachel, who I have never met, but she is busy. She comes over and I think she is going to stay so I buy her a drink but then she has to go back to another customer, LOL. I don't want to wait and ask if she'll be at EG later, she says yes. There were a fair number of attractive hostesses there but I decide to move on.
At Butterfly, Koi is busy and Ellie's not working. Two young and inexperienced looking girls there. Mama san pulls them in for a sit-down after I order a beer and sit at the bar, so I don't get a chance to see them at work. They're pretty good looking spinners, but too young for me. It's kind of slow there, plenty of seats at the bar compared to Business. There's one girl who works there who always surprises me when I see her since she seems too young and attractive, I don't even know what her body is like because I get stuck on her face and have to turn away so I don't just stand there and stare, LOL, I'm sure some guys would say she's funny looking, especially if you're not into asian faces, but I think she'd give me wood if I looked at her for more than 10 seconds. Anyway, off to EG. It's crowded, Rachel passes me looking very upset, waves but rushes off. I thought she left but she was either in the very back booth or the champagne room because I saw her walk from that area later (she doesn't look so upset this time, so I guess it wasn't anything too serious). So I sit with Jasmine and get no play beyond a little groping. She's charming and fun to be with, especially if you are in an effervescent mood but she's a little self-conscious or just not that into me. I appreciated that she was drinking alcohol this time since the last time she didn't, but when she started asking for two shots at once, I obliged the first time but when she wouldn't fool around after that I cut it off. I can't remember how many I bought. At least 4 or 5 drinks in. 30-40 minutes? Nice enough girl, YMMV, she let me kiss her a little bit the first time, but maybe too busy last night?

There currently is a "sammie" working at casino also but probably not the one you guys are talking about. She has a nice set of t&a and voice is on the deep side. She used to go by tiffany at moonflower. If I were to guess age maybe late 30s.
