Exercise can definitely help especially if you're new to it. Leg workouts are known to boost testosterone levels and I always get crazy boners after working legs. But also, everyone is very different when it comes to these type of things. For instance, in recent years I found out I have a huge mental blockage when it comes to getting it up and staying hard.
