This is the old Bliss Spa in Ellicott City that was raided last month. Girls were hassled and interrogated, owner blew out of town for a month and re-opened in Lansdowne. Googled # and came back with an ad with a different phone number attached to the same picture. Then other pictures without face in it. Seems a little sketch even though pictures could look genuine.
