Put this in even though the block just before it already has Akron / Canton in it. This then cuts out the fake ads that are posted generically on STG throughout the Country. Try it for your self without putting your city in that block and then with the city entered and you will see that the ones eliminated are the generic fake ones that do not specify a city in the ad and do not have local phone numbers. Doesn't mean some of the local ones will not be scammers too, but the fake ones you mentioned and generic others like it will be weeded out.
