To change my IP I either unplug my router for 14 hours, or put a cheap router in place of my current one the same amount of time. Right away with a new router I get a different IP address. When I switch back after that period of time and I get a new IP address for the old router.
With your cell phone just go to airplane mode and you should probably have a new IP address each time. Remember to clear all the cookies and junk in your browser.

Using this approach, you should be able to sidestep any IP address blocking from SA.
Also, I never register with any information that is not fabricated. Email is throwaway. Credit card is a prepaid debit card from Walgreen's that I buy with cash. And on the payment page, when it asks for my name and address, it's some fake John Smith name, with the address of a local McDonald's. And so forth.
There's no good reason to provide any real information to SA. For one, you risk exposure when they're inevitably hacked. And two, you give them a hook to ban you. Since I only use fabricated information, anytime they ban me (doesn't happen often), I can just came back with some other fake identity. At worst, I'm out $100 or whatever the monthly fee is. I avoid doing anything on their chat that could be perceived as pay for play. I try to take the conversation elsewhere as soon as I can.
