Make a right go to the street dead ends at a light. Turn left and its the second street on the left. It is one of the weirder strips I have seen. It runs right through a neighborhood. LOL! I'm sure it was more popular a while back because there are some boarded up apartments right when you turn on the street. If all else fails. Google maps is your best friend.

From bigmoney, I agree with all you're stating. Crazy is I only know like 3 of their names but from the description I filled in who it was.
