Place: It's in a fairly low traffic strip mall that I honestly wonder how it survived the Northridge quake. Inside is run down, I have no idea about the linen, but then I knew I wasn't going to lie face down.
Provider: First off, I don't know whose tits are in that ad, and if they are hers, it was circa 1988.60 ish granny with a potbelly confirmed it was indeed. 4 (tip included) for a quick "massage" and showed me to the room. Decided to take one for the team and check out this spot. Pulled up and parked in the neighborhood surrounding the shopping complex it's in. Not a fan of how many people were hanging around the parking lot because of the laundromat next door so I waited for a dip in foot traffic.
