I sampled this place a few years ago as they have opened closed and reopened several times. Typical bikini joint a ton of up sell and I can imagine that it woukd be 250-300 to get FS and the ladies I saw there at the time were not worth it. MT has been the most consistent place in Lansing for a long time. Always my favorite place to go when I'm in the area. Chelsea has been my goto, but the new lady Selina (or Sasha) is very very good. Maybe $50-60 if she was more playful and allowed more roaming and just over all exceptional. $50 used to get an extra smile a hug or a thank you so much do that told me they were used to less than that. I believe the minimum expected now is $50. They know house fee went up $10-20 do they want their cut as well. What used to be $100-120 out the door for an hour is now $120-150. Makes the ones that do FS for 200 seem like a bargain.

Are you saying 130 or 30; 120 or 20; 180 or 80; 150 or 50? If it is the smaller amount I assume that is the tip amount.

This report is long over due. Being I haven't seen too many reports here on Zen I thought I would post one albeit it should've been posted in February.

Zen has two addresses. One on Penn, the other W Saginaw. I've been to Penn several times, and Saginaw once.

YMMV is probably appropriate here as she said she doesn't offer them to everyone. The extra which I'll share because she has offered others is massaging the masseuse, which was awesome! Total gamechanger for me. She said some patrons ask her to do it. She does have a set fee schedule which is negotiated at the flip. And she's pricey, which is why I don't usually go there except for a massage and HE. I'm embarrassed to say that I did pay $1. 5 tip for massaging the masseuse. But what can I say, I'm attracted to her. Given the hr rate of $. 7 if I'd known what I know now, I'd chastise myself. Please be gentle. In conclusion, E. Zen is good for hr $. 7 and HE $. 6 but it gets pricey if you want more. But Lulu is IMHO attractive. BTW, also a high pony tale.

This place is the best in Lansing and has been for a long time due to the fact that it gives consistently great actual massage, doesn't haggle about tips, and you always get what you cum for. 70 house with 40-50 tip you will leave feeling great. Chelsea is a lot of guys favorite but all the ladies there are good and well trained. Show them some love.
