I rate the provider the same as I would someone I work with or someone I see in a bar. I use the TER rating scale. Therefore, a 9 would be model material and a 5 would be plain. I probably wouldn't hit on a girl I found plain, and definitely wouldn't pay for her services. It was a moment of weakness.
