Baltimore has more cameras than any city outside London England. Take that however you like. I don't know what it is they are doing with all the information. Apparently, they are not solving violent crimes nor are they slowing down the drug trade. Mostly, the city is broke because out of 800,000 residents or more only 175,000 pay taxes and the rest live off the lamb. Maybe it's a selling point for a federal takeover. Sometimes, if someone is seen making hand to hand transactions the cops show up and make arrests. Don't sell drugs or shoot anyone and you'll be all right, ALLRIGHT.

The good people of Baltimore are always ready to sign over their civil liberties like a lotto ticket.

As for SW's. Had a chance to do some wonderful siteseeing today. Drove thru Curtis Bay. What a beautiful drive it was. Tried to turn down.....? Fairhaven. The bastards made it one way. Oh its been too long since being out. Now coming across Potee, there was a younish looking blonde playing on the very last bridge, just befor the Patapsco cut off. tried to get a better view. Eh.
Saw lots of young ladies in flip flops with dirty feet, and they were traveling in pacs, or is that packs. All had dirty feet.

So I stopped in Fantasies For a quick beverage, NON Alch of course, I am working and driving. LOL, their feet were clean and looked at some fine looking young honeys trying to F**K a dance pole, They got completely naked, and loved to open their lips to show a fine set of teeth. A most pleasant afternoon, if I say so myself.

I will try to keep this brief.

I had the fortune of picking up Bridgette again near Monroe @ 10pm. She gave a very long NQNSCBJ for the going rates. I believe that the majority of the footage is archived and only pulled when crimes (shootings, muggings, etc.) occur. I think one of the major criticisms has been that they don't have enough people to monitor the live feeds, so I don't think it is going to be used for vice crimes.

SF, you are so right again - we P4P whether we date a civilian gf or a SW. Unfortunately only the former is legal and socially acceptable. If you add the cost for dating civi gf, it will generally exceed what you pay a SW- the SW is pretty much a sure thing - you get what you pay for without the hassle much of the time while the end game with your gf is sometimes in doubt pending how she feels. You take your gf to a movie these days can cost nearly $10. add popcorn, drinks, gas money, and flowers or a trinket. - all the time hoping she will POP your cork. lol What a delima:) BBB
