I also have been on the other side more than once and I wanted to yell sorry through the door for the person I interupted. Some places put note on door saying when they will be available again if so I don't knock I just call after that time to see if they are free. I have found the best way to see Jeanne since she is usually so busy and the ONLY one at Star is to make a firm appointment. A call the day before usually works for a convenient time. She is a sweetheart and well worth the time and wait as I am sure you already know.

Would you settle for fries at McDonald's and believe the clerk who says next trip you can have a burger?

Bingo! And the best way to do that is to lay down a small tip and say, "Great. I look forward to giving you a much bigger tip next time."

I have been primarily going to AMP. The standard fee is $80 for an hour with a TS and HE. I have normaly left a $40 tip. The other day I went to a place that charges $60 for an hour. When we got to the HE I was told $40 more. Should I have tipped on top of the total $100? All I had was $10 more and left that for her.

I am thinking, when asked is $40 ok I should have said I have $50 on me, is that good? I am thinking $120 total is a pretty decent amount of money but I left feeling a little guilty. What do you guys think?

$120 is plenty - $80 for door charge plus $40 tip is usual when an HE is included. Don't worry about it, they try to make you feel guilty but they'll take whatever you give them. However, at $60 an hour you can expect to be asked for more just like they did.

Touch of Asia 2 (US-192 @ Vineland - Kissimmee) is closed through January 15, 2010 (per a sign on their door).

Maybe they will rotate in some new talent. They are usually trained in how to provide great massages. Let's hope that trend continues (and they open up ToA 1).

Jasmine told me that she was going to New York for a visit over the holidays and would be coming back. Is Mya back for good as she used to work there and gave a "special" massage?

When she was doing massages she was one of the best. These days it seems she only does it when they are short of help.

The extra money she asked for WAS the tip. I don't feel you need to give any additional money. I like to go to places that don't ask for money, they just do their thing and then I tip at the end, usually 1/2 of the house fee.

On the other hand, I've only been about 10 times in the past year, so maybe others with more experience will have a different view.
