While you may think that your just 10 min in of a 30 min session, she's already trying to wrap things up, get you to nut and out of there for the next guy or for a little candy treat. If you contract any service provider--accountant, therapist, AC repair guy--and your time goes over, you pay for additional time. The only reason that mechanics don't work on that schedule is because their rates are legally standardized. They used to do exactly what you say they don't, until the government stepped in.
