I say generally because a shop or two has recently been shut down and with the World Cup / Olympics coming up some cities may think about cleaning up certain areas. I don't understand why people don't just walk if they don't like what they see. It's as simple as saying "can I see the other girl / s?" If you see someone you like then take the risk.
