Also why they can act as a bounty hunter and grab the perp so they do no lose their money.

Bondsmen realize these are after all criminals he is dealing with. So, to cover himself, he requires someone else that wants to get the perp out to pledge to pay him back if the perp doesn't show. Based on amount and risk, it requires either someone with good credit or a pledge of collateral, like a car or a house. If perp shows, bondsman keeps the 10%. If perp skips, county keeps the 10% and goes after bondsman for the balance. Bondsman sends bounty hunters to bring perp in and get bond back from county or goes after guarantor and / or the collateral to cover all his losses.

Her face is an acne mess from all her picking and her arms are tore up also. I am surprised you didn't see the marks they are very visible. She probably owed the D man in the park cash is why she got a black eye. She was in the trailer last year and it is full of traffic and a dump its not safe either.

The 2 times I hooked up with her were really sub par for what I was expecting. Never again! I took the drive to St. Pete just to do some window shopping and not to buy. The construction on Haines is a mess to the point where I got confused on where to go.

" She wanted me to give her. 5 (over priced to begin with), pull into a driveway with a tribe watching while she gives her landlord the flowers. Hell has not frozen over yet. Be careful of this one. Sorry about not getting the name.

Continued down 34th to 9th to 4th then back up to the triangle. Nothing until I got back to Haines where our uncle was interviewing the talent in a hidden parking area on Grove.

Well after hours or wasting gas all I found was Taoni and a BSW that had company after she saw LE watching her. That is one of the more common hooker scams out there. When they say they have to pay the babysitter before the date, it only means 1 of 2 things: I'm straight up going to go buy drugs and run off with your money OR I got to buy my drugs first before I suck your dick and I'm only doing that because I need a ride back to my BF.

In the real world, you pay for a babysitter AFTERWARDS, not before, unless you're giving them some pizza and soda money.
