Hey everyone,
I am completely new to this but interested. I've seen a lot of talk about the place up and Monroe by Lake Jackson. Think that might be the place to start. Any info on what to expect price wise, and any tips on the process? Literally starting with a blank canvas and any help would be great. Thanks.
