Haven't heard that before. I remember when New Orleans was the most corrupt in the country. They were planting drugs in cars they would stop on I-10 -- even in Mississsippi and Alabama. Those were bad days over there.

Ahhh....could you be alittle more precific? Maybe an intersection or a nearby shopping center or gas station whould be helpful. Little Havana pretty much runs from I-95 (SW 8th Ave.) on the East to Douglas Road (SW 37 Ave.) on the West and North / South from just South of Flagler to SW 16th St.
Pequina Habana used to have los of little nooks with activiity and so did the the Flagler area to the North, but that was more than a few years back.
The notels to the East towards the Brickell side seldom have any action because LE has a heavier presence now that there are so many condos in that neihborhood.
