If she's offering insane specials to get you to her door then she's SICK. She's frantically hunting for her next fix. If you have to worry about your safety just going to and from the session, she's not high end. There's a reason why the better restaurants are always in the better parts of town. Finally, a high end provider enjoys what she does. She might fake a few orgasms, but she's not faking the smiles and the conversation. If you put forth a bit of personality, if you show up clean and fresh, if you treat her right and show some respect, then she is going to be happy to see you.
One trap to avoid is the belief that high price is the same as high end. There are plenty of high priced providers who provide lousy service.
