In part because visits with the girls talked about here can't really be called conquests, they're more like business arrangements. Business arrangements that aren't legal, often scams, and sometimes dangerous. While I agree that providing too much information about a provider does endanger them with local law enforcement, some has to be provided to be a useful post. The post you quoted did not go over the top in endangering the provider. At worst it might have damaged her business, but frankly that is the point of this site; to warn hobbyists of bad providers.

I've been in touch with a lady who uses pictures pulled off the internet. I sent her links to show that. Her response is that they resemble her and that it's ok and she feels more secure without using her own pictures. But with simple cameras, they can take pictures of themselves and not show the face, etc. So they couln'dnt be recognized. Does using fake pictures necessarily disqualify someone? I'm not sure.

Sometimes they are using fake pictures just to create a second or third ad with multiple phone numbers. With real pictures, you know it's not LE or a scam / rip off / grab and dash. Both are good reasons to walk away when you get there and see you've been deceived.

The response I get from the one lady is that she is fine with people who leave when they find out the pictures are not her, and that no-one has every left yet. So, there may be the odd one who is OK even if they use fake pictures. But the track record of those who use fake pics is really bad, it seems, so those who think it's OK but who are legit are missing out.
