In a related note I have seen a couple girls that worked out of a house in that area. I'm not sure if its the same one but if it is there was at least one other there when i visited that I recognized from STG. I didn't have any issues when I was there but the amount of traffic three or more girls would generate and the attention it would get from neighbors was a bit concerning. Also used the bathroom once when there and saw toiletries that suggested a male presence. Again never had any issues and I normally assume there is a husband/boyfriend/business agent nearby but all in all I decided it was a place to avoid
