Pro model pics, broken english and advertising services that sound too good to be true. All that aside, the fact there is no location anywhere listed in the post tells you it is a spam ad that is probably posted under many cities to harvest deposits from inexperienced guys. Look at the posts of legitimate, reviewed providers and see the difference so you can start quickly weeding out the fakes.
