Cold Stone on 350 you all can consider dead. Lafayette has killed another somewhat decent massage place. Not sure why guys overpay for a traditional handshake but then these parlors think that is the bottom line from there on out and expect everyone else to pay. Was trying to haggle me for $60, said no $40, it's what I paid before. I said inflation everywhere else, not here. Kept telling me 60 and I said forget it and started to get up. She said ok and then proceeded to angry jerk my gherkin. Yeah probably should have walked out because old junior felt like he went through the cheese grater after she was done with it. I don't think you understand what "overpay" means in a relatively free market. If the overwhelming majority are willing to pay $60+ for a service that you're only willing to pay $40 for, then you either need to adjust your expectations or realize that you're shopping for services that you are either unable or unwilling to pay for.

When it was $40 forever when they first opened and the service was exceptional I would have had no problem paying $60. Now it's $60 and the service sucks. Would you pay $60 for a shitty steak when you used to pay $40 and it was the best steak you ever had. Yes I'll drive 1 hour down and 1 hour back to get a better menu and more options than go to this dump and get harassed to pay $60 for a mechanical jack hammer to rip the foreskin off my dick and I have to accept that as being the best we can get in town. You keep going there and dropping your hard earned money there for below average service. I am informing the board on my experience and sharing it. Take it or leave it. Don't need your input. If it isn't guys like me or the few other that contribute to this board you guys wouldn't have a clue

You said that you weren't willing to pay $60 PRIOR TO knowing that she would provide a subpar service. Then you implied that you may have received better service had you paid $60 instead of $40.

I agree that IF the service sucks, it's not a place that I want to go. I've been there once and the service seemed hurried, but otherwise pretty average for this area. Sorry that you had a bad experience, but that doesn't mean that other people are paying more than what THEY perceive the service to be worth.

Farmer is definitely correct about Indy. Way better selection and service than Lafayette. I work there so it is convenient for me, but I pretty well know all the good AMPs from the mediocre, and even the mediocre in Indy beats Lafayette from my experience.

Indy has a much better selection, with better service, and generally for less money. If I happen to be in the area, I most definitely choose to go there. I'm not inclined to drive there for that though, which is why I'm perfectly content to pay $20 more for something local. I haven't had great experiences at either of the oft mentioned locations in WL, but I definitely haven't had as bad of an experience as Farmerdawg did either.

She tried negotiating with me prior to the deed. I said $40, she rubs her fingers together and says $60. I said no $60 too much. She tried haggling me for $60 and I said no and started to get up. That's when she nodded ok and proceeded to give a pissed off handshake. Didn't get me off because she rubbed it raw and I still gave her the $40 for her attempt and gave me sad face when I gave her the $40. I gave her the sad face back as I looked at my poor guy who look like her went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson. She should have gladly took the $40 and ran.

What happened to the lady in mid 20's or 30's on main street? I had her once, and the massage was excellent. But seems like she is not hardly ever there. I always get someone in there 50's or up when I go which isn't my cup of tea. There are no extras, but it would be nice to have someone younger than that.
