Does anyone have any intel on the best times to reach or if it is active at all? For the past 2 days in a row, I have pretty much been a foot soldier from the times of 11 to 12:30 about going from 170ST each block up to by like 160 ST.

But I'm not having alot of luck coming across any at all

The leos are out in full swing plus the bitter cold. I have had the best luck from 5am to 7am and 8pm to 10pm weekdays and weekends basically all day and night. Once the girls make a few bucks their gone
