Dear Classicbuzz - As with many of your previous posts about ICM, this post has good info but is still missing specifics, such as:

- names (or at least descriptions) of girls who you'd recommend? not recommend?
- how much tip above the $100 door fee (now $140) is customary?

I see the discussion about ICM and can confirm the price raise. I visited last week midday. Can't remember if it was Wednesday or Thursday. The place on vermont avenue is good if you want to be sure you are going to get what you want. They are very helpful there as you can see from the posts.
