Moreover, some of their clients say that they called earlier although they didn't. But, if you're a really regular, they usually keep your appointment.

It is pretty simple. Have cash, be quiet, soft spoken and polite. Don't talk much, don't ask a bunch of questions, after the flip, if they ask you if you want more, or if it's ok, just motion, don't say.
