Sorry Jack, not trying to call out anyone, just venting and labeling that one guy in every bar that is just an a**h*** irritant. Blowing cash and champagne last it's going out of season, trying to buy popularity. I've had enough girls ask me why I don't spend on them like he does. Stay cool.

I really dont see why we are still comparing KBs with Amps. I mean, I enjoy both, but not for the same reasons. Sure I got burned at the KBs or VBs before, but I still enjoy playing with the girls in the booths. Its up to you all if you think I'm a "loser", but its still my money I'm using to do something I enjoy.
And not all girls will only hang with the rich, old japanese guys. For example the girl, Jae, mentioned below. She has a few old oriental men as customers. One of them actually falls asleep while sitting with her on occasion, thats how old he is. But I still had the opportunity to sit with her at a booth and got some play. I also did the karaoke room routine with her where she got really "friendly". Not as cost efficient as the Amps, but for me it did make my night.
So whats the big deal whether I monger at the KBs or Amps. I will monger at the place that I want to depending on what I want. If I want to play with some Korean chick, I go to the KBs. If I want to just bang a pretty girl I go to an Amp. Whats the big deal in that?

I'm sure you have heard of how J-Bars are more expensive on the average than KBs. I know typically one can spend anywhere between $200/per hour and $1000/per hour per person. Don't expect to get any play w/o spending some big bucks. Clothing is not an issue, but be prepared to spend money. Before you sit at the booths, you should have one drink at the bar and speak to the bartender (who is often the manager) and ask about charges. Unlike KBs, you don't have the option to pay by the round. Once you make how much you can spend clear, then you can decide whether to stay or not.

I was just there with some friends from Japan. First time there.
It was basically $100 per person for 90 minutes, this included all drinks for us and the gals that sat with us. The gals (and us) were doing tequila shots, and us guys had our customary beer chasers.
Not much action since everything is out in the open, unless you head for the karaoke rooms. Not sure how much that will cost you.
Some of the gals are attractive, around mid- to late-twenties. Most say they are from Japan, but they sure look local. I sat with a kinda cute petite gal (sorry, the name slips me) who was wearing a short, short, short skirt. No matter how much pulling down she did to cover up her thong, she was short in height so sitting deep into the couch would hike her skirt up. I eventually told her to stop pulling down on her skirt and just let us enjoy the view, and she obliged.
So how is Napa nowadays? I haven't been there in a long while.

If you want a sure thing, you go to an AMP. If you feel up for a challenge and have some bucks to spend go to a VB or KB. I think most appreciate the recent discussion about "Jae" and others. Let's get back to sharing field intelligence.

Its cool, when I blow my dough to go to the champagne room; its because I'm horny and stupid. I always regret going to the room and spending that kind of money. I never would do it to buy popularity. Take care JM

Anyone ever go to Blue Cafe on King St. Heard Ashley from Maya's took over the joint. It used to be a Karaoke bar before. Is it a host bar now? Over heard some Koreans guys saying the Maya's girls go there on their days off. Wonder if it's feasible to pick one up there?
Romi, She's a long time veteran at Casino. She will play, but not worth your money. Too expensive.
