I'm Not a physician, nor intent to be one. All info provided in this forum is for entering purposes only.
For those braddas interested, this are of some of the products I've been taking recently, and proven to be somewhat effective in my past couple of AMP visits. A) Magnesium, B) DHEA 7, C) L-Citrulline, D)Yohimbine, E)DIM.
It won't be fast acting as V or C, but they can help in a more natural way with a proper diet and exercise plan. I tend take the L citrulline, and yohimbe twice p / day for between meals for better results, and usually two hrs. Before a AMP visit. The DIM levels out the bad estrogen, but it's effects can be grueling if taken for the first time. Like a detox state.
Stay safe.
FYI: Generally with amino acids like L-Citrulline it's best to take on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. It's taken in preworkouts because just like the other pre-workout ingredients, it's most effective to take it on an empty stomach around 30 mins - 1 hour before your "workout" time.

I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard a lot of good things from friends about Marek Health.
Why would you want to take medication that would increase your chance of prostate cancer?

Or not.
If you are considering this therapy, you'd be wise to see a real urologist and ask to take a PSA test first. It's a blood draw, after fasting, BTW and no big deal at all. Your doctor will then have a baseline 'before' you start on TRT regimen, that is, unless he recommends you don't. Your likelihood of getting prostrate may be indicated on how much your PSA count increases and over what amount of time. I get tested 2 X a year and numbers are in a safe range.
My brother took TRT and his PSA numbers went thru the roof! He later was diagnosed with cancer but had it removed through that new technique involving minimal surgery.
But taking a "biopsy" to ascertain how bad he was is the worst part.
From everything I've read and heard about these TRT clinics, they never seem to recommend Not getting it, yes?
Proceed with caution. Some urologists still insist that you need the finger up the okole test.

Trust me, THAT still is nothing compared to getting the news you got the "Big C" in your lower region. TRT ain't for everyone.

I haven't been there but have heard them advertising on the radio.
Proceed with caution. Some urologists still insist that you need the finger up the okole test.
Yes, and that can be logical. First, the DRE (digital rectal examination) is lubricated, relatively quick and not significantly painful for most patients. For me, it was slightly uncomfortable but not painful at all. Second, as the American Cancer Society states, overall "DRE is less effective than the PSA blood test in finding prostate cancer, but it can sometimes find cancers in men with normal PSA levels". Third, medical research has shown that a higher percentage of prostate cancers can be found with a combination of both DRE and PSA testing than by using either one alone.
Recently, a AMP provider recommended after the BBBJCIM that drinking pineapple juice prior to the session would make the man-juice taste sweeter. Has anyone to tried this? How much do you need to drink and how far in advance?
In the recent past rog got horny and seeked satisfaction every 2 weeks or so. But lately has been seeking satisfaction at least once every week.

What are some natural supplements to take to keep that libido and desire strong?
I'm in my 50's now and just not feeling as strongly horny as I used to be. Before I would get turned on just seeing Suji or Leii or Connie walk in the room now seems it doesn't get hard until they start sucking it. I'm thinking about going non-prescription vitamins.
I've seen Steel Libido and Testosterone up at longs, is that stuff good?
There's clinical studies on magnesium and zinc. The glycinate form does not cause diarrhea. There's mixed study results for the ingredients in Steel Libido. You could also try hcg from Swiss Chems.
