I have had some luck with special favors at non-AMPs. If they ask about areas of concern: lower back, hip flexor, and quads are tight. A lymphatic stomach massage can be a real win sometimes.

Being new to the area I had to try the Apex spot recently as it seems to be the safest bet around at the moment. Called and said I'd be there in 15 minutes or so and told no problem. Was traveling to and from SC recently and want to echo sentiment RE: South of the Border. Table shower with thorough attention to everything, short time in Sauna to help dry off, followed by very strong, firm massage. Not clinical CMT grade, but definitely effective and enjoyable. Hell, they might be worth the trip just for that, if you like driving. Having been to Yoko and Q, they both are worth it. I think overall I like Q a little better, but if one is busy, just hit the other.
