Myself, I'm upfront with providers I've not seen before. I negotiate them down to the lowest reasonable rate I can, with the promise that if they show me a real good time, I will give them a.
Good tip, which I always follow through with if the service is good.
If I get a gal for 60,70 or 80 for a half and she just lays there, rushes, or just wants me out the door, I give the agreed to rate, say thanks and leave. I never have and never will cut a girls rate if I get poor service, just opens the door for a possible hostile situation and not many of us are looking for that.
