Continued LE push in NPR.
Seems LEO is following through on their promise to keep cleaning up the NPR and Leisure / Van Doren area. Looks like a few girls from that area got picked up in the last day or two, a few for 'providing services' (of which 2 are already out).
I haven't cruised much lately, but when I did, two of the girls that got picked up for walking, were the only ones I would see. Might be even less action out there for a while.
As more of these girls get removed or pressured to head north or south, there's that much more likelihood of a sting. If there's something in NPR that looks TGTBT, be extra careful. Careful with new girls on BP too, as the cause / effect of street stings usually play into the hands of immediate secondary stings online.
Stay safe.

Just got power on so here is my report
Drove to NPR a few days ago. North of Gulf, a spinner GILF (loaded with tats was hitch hiking. Scooped up. She said her name was Diana, a contractor who moonlights in the area as a provider. She was trying to find a place open during the storm to charge here c-phones with no luck. She couldn't work during my scoop experience but said she is always in the area between Main and Mariner. Wish I had more to report. Stay safe and be careful.
